OUR STORY.
Shipman's Corners was the original name for the City of St. Catharines from 1798-1808. Shipman's Corners was one of the first settlements in what is now known as Canada.
Shipman's Corners Inc. was founded in 2013 by Brian McMullan, a twice-elected former Mayor of St. Catharines, Ontario. Due to his extensive business experience, and personal relationships through various government missions, Shipman's Corners has relationships with municipal, provincial, and federal governments along with businesses worldwide.

Shipman's Corners has established expertise in land development and construction through its extensive experience in acquiring key sites and obtaining entitlements from relevant authorities such as the OPA and ZBA. By carefully analyzing market conditions and identifying strategic locations for development, we have been able to acquire prime sites with significant potential for growth.
Working closely with construction teams, the company ensures that each project is executed with the highest levels of quality and efficiency.
